Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver across all seven Emirates. Orders confirmed before 14:00 are delivered same-day within Dubai and Sharjah; other Emirates are next-morning via our refrigerated fleet.
Is there a minimum order?
Wholesale orders start from AED 500. Retail customers can order any quantity for pickup from our Al Ras store, or delivery within Dubai from AED 150.
Do you serve both wholesale and retail?
Yes — we supply restaurants, hotels, retailers and distributors at wholesale terms, and quality-conscious households at retail. The same produce, the same cold chain, whatever the volume.
How do you keep produce fresh in transit?
Everything moves through an unbroken cold chain: pre-cooled at source, stored at 2–4°C (or −18°C for frozen), and delivered in temperature-monitored refrigerated vehicles.
